Núrhea | ˈnu:rɪə | : n. (Gr. Nous / noos the mind, rhein to flow) Mental phenomenon occurring during a long bike ride or a hike for example, where thoughts become as if independent, a state of enhanced creativity which helps to find new solutions to problems. The body is on autopilot and the mind flies high in a clear euphoric and meditative state. This can also happen when the subject is experiencing the Flow (Csíkszentmihályi).
